Make a return

To make a return you only have to send us an email to web@capdell.com indicating the following information:

Name and Surname.
Order number.
Reason for return.
Within 24-72h the returns team will contact you to arrange the collection. The item must arrive at the warehouse in perfect condition with the same packaging and in the same conditions. Within the established return period which is 14 days from receipt of the item for standard items. Returns will not be accepted for *customized items.

* Custom item; any item configured with fabrics/furs, wood finishes or metal colors from our configurator.

Cost of return

The price of the return will be based on the item purchased and the customer’s location (will be deducted from the amount to be paid).

Repayment period

The return period for standard items is 14 days from receipt of order.

No returns will be accepted on *customized items.

*Customized items; any product configured with fabrics/furs, wood finishes or metal colors from our configurator.

Refund refund

The refund is made once the items arrive at our warehouse and after verifying that the returned product is the same as the one you purchased and is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

We are not responsible for packages shipped with another carrier, for products that do not belong to Capdell or for the shipment of items that have not been previously communicated through the returns form.

The refund will always be made with the same payment method with which the purchase was made. The refund will be processed from the moment the return is approved by our returns team and will be effective within 4 to 6 days. This period may vary according to the payment method used or depending on the particular conditions of your bank.

Defective or wrong items

If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at web@capdell.com indicating;

Name and Surname.
Order number.
Reason; Defective or wrong item.
In order to offer you the best solution, we need a photo of the delivered item, where you can see the defect. For wrong items, please also send us a photo of the item label. Whenever possible we will try to offer you a replacement item.
