Vicent Martinez

He studied at the School of Applied Arts and Artistic Trades in Valencia, and later did an internship at the Massana School in Barcelona. He began his professional career as a graphic designer and later specialized in the design of residential and community furniture.

He has developed business activities and projects and has been recognized with several Adi Fad nominations, Impiva, Nuevo Estilo and Sidi awards. In 1997 he was awarded the Spanish National Design Award in the business category. Form, function and emotion are the principles and values ​​that are expressed in his designs.

His projects are included in the permanent collections of the Museu del Disseny de Barcelona, ​​the Museum fur Angewandte Kunst in Cologne and the Staatliches Museum für Angewandte in Munich. He carries out his professional activity from his studio in Valencia, combining it with teaching at the Elisava School in Barcelona, ​​Ceu-Universidad Cardenal Herrera and the EASD in Valencia.
