DELIVERIES

In the order confirmation you will see an estimated shipping date on which your new purchase will be delivered to your home.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are included in the price of the product for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula. At this moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We are working on it. When we have the service available we will communicate it.

Deliveries are made at street level.

ASSEMBLY SERVICE

In the event that assembly is required, the product will have the necessary instructions for it. The products are designed to be assembled in an easy way, so that you can do it without professional help.

PRODUCTS AND STOCK

Grouped Delivery.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery dates, your order will be grouped to be delivered on the same day.

Returns

MAKE A RETURN

1. To make a return you only have to send us an email to web@capdell.com indicating the following information:

Name and Surname.
Order number.
Reason for return.
2. Within 24-72h the returns team will contact you to arrange the pick up.

3. The item must arrive at the warehouse in perfect condition with the same packaging and in the same conditions. Within the established return period which is 14 days from receipt of the item for standard items.

4. No returns will be accepted on *customized items.

*Custom item; any item configured with fabrics/skins, wood finishes or metal colors from our configurator.

COST OF RETURN

The price of the return will be based on the item purchased and the customer’s location (will be deducted from the amount to be paid).

RETURN TIME

The return period for standard items is 14 days from receipt of order.

No returns will be accepted on customized items.

REFUND OF THE RETURN

The refund is made once the items arrive at our warehouse and after verifying that the returned product is the same as the one you purchased and is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

We are not responsible for packages shipped with another carrier, for products that do not belong to Capdell or for the shipment of items that have not been previously communicated through the returns form.

The refund will always be made with the same payment method with which the purchase was made. The refund will be processed from the moment the return is approved by our returns team and will be effective within 4 to 6 days. This period may vary according to the payment method used or depending on the particular conditions of your bank.

Defective or wrong items.

If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at web@capdell.com indicating;

Name and Surname.
Order number.
Reason; Defective or wrong item.
In order to offer you the best solution, we need a photo of the delivered item, where you can see the defect. For wrong items, please also send us a photo of the item label. Whenever possible we will try to offer you a replacement item.

RESPONSIBILITY

The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of the website, this responsibility will extend to make proper use of the site to make inquiries and legally validated purchases, also the user agrees to provide truthful and lawful contact details and not to make any false or fraudulent purchase. The user declares to be over 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts through this website.

OTHER LEGAL REGULATIONS

These conditions and any document expressly referred to in these constitute the entire agreement between the user and Sillerias Alacuas SA, in relation to the object of sale and replace any other pact or agreement agreed verbally or in writing by the parties.

The information and or personal data provided by the user to Sillerias Alacuas S.A., will be treated in accordance with the RGPD and the privacy policy of the website. See the privacy policy to know the use to which your personal data is intended.

The purchase contracts of the products shall be governed by Spanish law, any problems related to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of VALENCIA.

The user has official complaint forms that may be requested to web@capdell.com , also , if the conclusion of this purchase contract between Sillerias Alacuas S.A and the user emanates a dispute, the user as a consumer may request an out-of-court settlement in accordance with the EU REGULATION 524/2013 of the European Parliament on consumer dispute resolution . CAPDELL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY ITS MODELS OR PARTS THEREOF WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Warranty

The models manufactured by Capdell are guaranteed for FIVE years from the date of invoice, provided that the customer uses the product properly. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not including damage caused by misuse, neglect, breakage due to transport or the aging and wear of the materials themselves.

The warranty does not include items that are the property of the customer, such as furs, fabrics or other materials.

This guarantee is included in the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10, 2003.

The quality and environmental policy set out below should be taken as a guideline for all people working in CAPDELL, being assumed by the Management. Likewise, CAPDELL aims to ensure that the quality and environmental impact of the products and services offered are a true reflection of the expectations and requirements of each client, in order to achieve sustained short and long term success of the company.
