Returns
MAKE A RETURN
1. To make a return you only have to send us an email to web@capdell.com indicating the following information:

2. Within 24-72 hours the returns team will contact you to arrange collection.
3. The item must arrive at the warehouse in perfect condition with the same packaging and in the same conditions, within the established return period, which is 14 days from receipt of the item for standard items.

RETURN COST
The cost of the return will depend on the item purchased and the customer's location (it will be deducted from the amount to be paid).

RETURN REFUND

Warranty
Models manufactured by Capdell have a FIVE-year guarantee from the invoice date, provided that the customer makes proper use of the product. The warranty does not include items that are the property of the customer, such as leather, fabrics or other materials.
