Brittany Ferries redefines the ferry travel experience

The Brittany Ferries shipping company redefines the ferry travel experience in collaboration with the architect Richard Nilsson, American artist Kimberly Poppe and the Dutch duo Klunderbie.

Its brand new ship Galicia, recently joined into its fleet, combines art and design inspired by the ship’s destination culture: Galician culture.

The spaces have been dressed with our Moon, Concord, Plum and Aro collections, helping to create a unique and elegant interior design. The colors, extracted from the art work created by Poppe herself in collaboration with Brittany Ferries’ strategy director Catherine Querné, play a key role. The neutral chromatic range chosen for the cabins contrasts with the vibrant colors of the common areas.

The project is completed by a selection of photographs that show the essence of Galician culture and the grandeur of its customs and landscapes.
